Ubuntu

There's a word we use in South Africa that describes human relationships : Ubuntu.
It says : I am because you are. My successes and my failures are bound up in yours.
We are made for each other, for interdependence.
Together, we can change the world for better.

Still, I am so appreciated that I got the chance to go abroad for the first time, and choose South Africa as my first one!It's because of supports from all lovely families and friends and people I met in SA made the journey impressive and meaningful.
Before starting the trip, I felt they were like tens of hundreds difficulties ahead stopped me from making it . I've been searching ways to solve all problems I met until the last day to depart. There is no 100% sure to pursue people loved me to let me go even I promised many times that I would be careful, cautious during the trip, they are still worried about.

How crazy could a Taiwanese girl be to choose South Africa for the first county to visit?
The girl is not crazy nor brave. Actually, she's been afraid and worried about than anyone else.
You know, as a girl, Asian, backpacker, sometimes alone, in some degrees, could be dangerous and also "a walking money" to locals.

I know I'm going to be very afraid this time if I don't conquer worries deep inside. But in the same time, I asked myself " what if I let go the chance to South Africa?" for many times, It's the worst that could happen, and the answer is obvious. I would rather get hurt, robbed or something during the trip than do nothing at all. A ship in port is safe but that's not what ships are built for. If I fall down in life, I get right back up and keep on walking. I decide to do it anyway.
